Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Car101 account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are in unworn and unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
